PUni: Mini Event: Toni

Hey you gaiz! Look whut I made!
For the Mini Event, I got Toni the Flygon!
Jesus Christ, it was hard to pick a song and a scene.... But I ended up with It's My Life and picked a rainy scene _{Because I wanted to experiment! 8D}
Not sure if I like it or not, though. The rain looks a bit messed up and the colors is a bit too bright. That or it looks a bit messy.
